Add COVID-19 Fields to Immunizations
Add fields to record COVID vaccines. Need fields for brand, at least 3 date fields (doses 1 and 2 plus subsequent booster(s)).

Hello, this request has been completed in the 11/04/2021 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Immunizations – Additional fields have been added to this page to track student COVID-19 vaccinations, including tracking of exemptions, and vaccination type. Also, the Records Presented dropdown fields can now be customized by editing the IMM.RPT values on the Update Code Table page. Additional functionality related to COVID-19, including updating reports and tracking immunization status will be available in a future update.

This would be incredibly helpful for schools now that school is starting. Our summer school had cases last week and we had to look into student records, outside of Aeries, to determine who has received the vaccines. If this was queryable, our task effecting 150 students would have been so much faster.

Please add a section to the immunization table to document students who have received the Covid-19 vaccine. This will be of great value to our school

Add a section to the immunizations table to document students who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. This would help in knowing who may or may not have to be sent home.
