Add: Build Flex Periods and Build Class Calendars to the Scheduling Process Dashboard. Add as C1 and C2 and move the rest down on the list.

This was completed, and the Flex Periods and Class Calendars options are within the Setup/Config portion of the Scheduling Process Dashboard.
