Data Confirmation Income Survey - Add Record to FRE Table If Declined
When a parent marks declines to participate on the income survey still add a FRE table record of Not Eligible or Paid along with coding the "Declined Partic" field so we can easily query these families to know they just didn't do the Income Survey confirmation.

Yes, this is a great enhancement if we can query the Declined survey population. In addition, please consider adding a field/tag to identify those that previously declined the income survey, allow them to go back to submit the survey. The reason is some families do not know or forget that their students may qualify for many services if they do the income survey. Thank you.

This is a funding issue. We need to know if a parent declines to participate. We are calling all families that do not have a FRE record for this year. Please add a FRE record if PDC is declined to participate to save a ton of work on our end of research and calls.
