Option to mark PDC "complete" for students
When students have restricted portal accounts, the parents are unable to complete the Contacts section of PDC. The students then remain on the Data Confirmation Status report as incomplete, even though the parent has completed everything they are able to in PDC. We would like the office to be able to mark the student as "Complete" that way they stop showing up on the report and we don't have to worry about the family getting multiple calls from people following up with them.

This would help our community as well as we have parents unable to complete PDC and therefore complete it via paper packets. Having a "complete" button that will then trigger the student to be moved to confirmed in the Data Confirmation Status Report and would unlock the parent's portal account. Otherwise, the parent remains locked and marked as unconfirmed.
ParentSquares has a similar feature for their Forms where we can select Mark Completed or Fill Form. It's a wonderful feature. -

It would be nice to be able to manually enter in Aeries on behalf of parents if they authorize, or complete the PDC after the window closes. By having the ability to do this, the family can come off the status report and tracking the families is much easier. Thank you for considering :o)
