CALPADS - Allow users to select E150 mid-year exit reason in Attendance Enrollment and ENR and allow for XRF translation.
Request for the CALPADS student exit code E150 (program/grade change) to be added to Aeries. Allow users to select E150 mid-year exit reason in Attendance Enrollment and ENR and allow for XRF translation. Instead of the extract pulling the proper E150 code when the student has the program/grade change, it would be nice for users to be able to select the proper E150 when applicable. This would avoid confusion when E150 is referenced in CALPADS trainings or discussions.

We do a lot of mid/late year permit changes and have been using code 440 for this in attendance enrollment. There are always multiple errors whenever we use 440 because there is no E150 translation. Please please please add this!

Would this replace the 440 code them or will they both be options? I feel like if you have the 440 and the 150, that is going to cause even more confusion.

I absolutely agree. There is no reason that Aeries should not have E150 listed as E150. Unnecessary confusion.
