Contacts - Drag and Drop Sort Order
Update the Contacts table so we can use drag and drop to change the contact sort order. Many of our students have their parents listed as contact #7 or #8 and we'd like to be able to drag them to the top of the list rather than having to manually update the sort order for each record.

This Aeries Idea has been completed with the 4/30/2021 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Contacts – The contacts page has been enhanced to use drag and drop sorting for changing Contact Order.

We should also be able to lock them once they're where they want them to be, so we don't accidentally move them around.
