Online Enrollment - Send an Email When Parent Confirms
When a parent is done entering information in the Online Enrollment process and confirms/submits their data, allow the option for an automated email to be sent to the parent so they have a confirmation of the transaction.
We are doing all of our enrollment online and parents call non-stop to ask if we have theirs. It would be very helpful if the confirmation email was customizable so that we could tell them when they will hear from us.

It creates additional work for the schools when you have parents constantly calling in to make sure that the online enrollment went through.

It would be great if Aeries could implement this. It is a strain on our school sites when parents call to confirm the registration went through. An email would help with that.

We spend some much extra time communicating with parent. We have had multiple parents submit their enrollment 2 even 3 times because they didn't get a confirmation!

We receive several calls a day from parents asking if their student registration was submitted successfully. It would be great if Aeries would generate an email to the parent upon submission of their registration confirming it was submitted successfully with the date of it being received. This would reduce the number of calls we receive and let parents know their registration was received.

For Online Enrollment, please add an automatically generated email that the parents receive that lets them know their enrollment has been submitted. This already occurs if you have provided an email address for the school(s) listed on the School Settings page of the online enrollment admin application.

We are also getting requests from parents to receive a confirmation email so they know their enrollment has gone through.
