Parent Data Confirmation - Address Change - Office Approval Page
When parent enters address change, we would like this request to go into a new table & staff form.
This would be a queue for office staff to:
------ a. Allow/update address ( when selected email parent of change )
------ b. Pending verification ( when selected email parent of change )
------ c. deny change ( when selected email parent of change )
------ d. Notes about address change
------ e. Document upload ( ability to keep documentation of address change )

Bryan, are you thinking something similar along the lines of the Residence Survey & Military Survey where it has to be confirmed before it makes a program record?
If so, I think that would be a great idea so the office can just go in & review and click approve or reject.
