Currently, "Other" immunizations are not included on the Immunizations report (print button on Immunizations page). This would be helpful so that when records are sent to another school, the full history of immunizations can be included. Please add Other Immunizations to the Immunization Record Report

Please add the following fields to the Medical Insurance Page: Medi-Cal True/False checkbox, Medi-Cal #, DHCS Confirmation Number, and Primary Care Physician.

Add a field to include referring physician if a prescription or procedure needs to be done at school.

Once an immunization date is entered and accepted, have the system auto tab over to the next box like Client used to do.

Immunization status report - need a new report or an enhancement to the current one. The nurses need a report that lists students that currently have exemptions or need follow-up and are coded as such. Requesting the report to include vaccine name with the exemption, the exemption code, date and comments.

In Aeries Immunization file --when you look from Tdap 7th all the way across to the far right--- all the other vaccines have a comment box to the right of the exemption and date columns. Can one be added for Tdap?

I am searching for a possible way that students could confidentially self sign-in to a computer that would coordinate with AERIES and populate into the daily medical log to alert the health clinic that they have arrived for a clinic visit. This would include just the student name/ID number, reason for visit, and time for example. The health office would be able to see the listing of students waiting in the daily medical log and be able to attend to their needs and document care given and time out accordingly.

Currently, a user can only see Daily Medical Log if given Read AND Insert permission to MED, which a lot of the time the user should not have Insert permission to MED. Would be great to be able to grant a user viewing rights only to Daily Medical Log: Read to MED, and not having to also give the user Insert rights to MED.

Work on Integration between AERIES and California Immunization Registry so that immunizations like COVID-19 import.

We would like to add a system for documenting medication inventory at the schools.
At a minimum it should add the following fields to the medication screen: Doses Provided, Remaining Doses and Expiration Date.

Please make the Hearing page a bit more dynamic for consistency in collecting data and ease of query.

I would like HRN.PF titled "P/F" to be renamed "Results".

Some districts require a TB skin test (or survey signed by physician) for immunizations to be complete. They would like to be able to add an Immunization Requirement for the TB skin test.

The Health Problems field is displayed on Medical History, Medical Notes, Medical Log, etc. The field only displays 30 characters, but can also be printed on some reports. The customer would like the field to be longer. If the field were displayed on reports with less space available, the displayed contents would possibly have to be truncated.

Create the option to generate medical letters (medical referrals, vision referrals, missing vaccination notice etc.) that save to student’s profile.

It would be great to have a better way to document values for medical procedures such as blood sugar levels for students with diabetes or height/weight/BMI with an associated chart or graph.

Currently it only shows the full name. Please show alias (nickname) as well.

Please add booster fields to COVID vaccine

Under Medications, send an email reminder to the nurse of record at that school site when a student's medication is down to so many pills remaining.
