Medical Procedures/Screenings
It would be great to have a better way to document values for medical procedures such as blood sugar levels for students with diabetes or height/weight/BMI with an associated chart or graph.

Medical History
Create a way to condense medical history. Right now for instance, when a student has asthma and the parent enters it while enrolling every school year, there is a new entry made each time. So under medical history there can be numerous repeat entries. It would be great if there were an option for parents to just continue a medical condition rather than enter it all over again.

Medical Log Start/End time - add the ability to sort the drop down menu by AM or PM/ only allow for selections during valid school hours.
Districts are asking for the ability to sort the start/end times. The drop down menu begins at 12:00 AM

Add an option to email nurse staff when entries are made to medical history
Our nurses would like an option added to receive an email when a change is made to a student's medical history. We do have them receive emails for changes made when the parent data confirmation process is open but we would like this to happen all year long. Site staff doesn't always remember to notify them when they add a new medical history record.

Update HRN table column values
School nurses need to add the 3000 column to the HRN chart. They also have no use for values of 250, 500, 6000, 8000.
It would be great if this could be done or if those tables could be edited by a district admin.

New Medical Letters
Create the option to generate medical letters (medical referrals, vision referrals, missing vaccination notice etc.) that save to student’s profile.

Show Alias name on the Daily Medical Log
Currently it only shows the full name. Please show alias (nickname) as well.

Data Audit for Immunizations
Create a data audit that looks for conditional statuses versus the number of doses by vaccine. We currently have many students that show they have met all requirements but they truly don't. These student's end up slipping through the cracks. It would also help in scenarios where a student has the same date populated for multiple doses of the same vaccine.

Ability to select multiple codes in Medical Log
When a child arrives with nausea however we note that hey are coughing and experiencing asthma symptoms, I would like to be able to select both an option for both reasons for the visit.

Medical - The ability to add pictures to the medical section
Be able to upload photos under the Medical section. The reasoning behind the need would be for the Safety aand Securtiy of the Health Technicians and students; Potential and future litigations.

Medical Care Plan Page
I would like to request a Care Plan Page for Medical that Teachers can see (similiar to a 504 plan screen) so that care plans can be entered and viewed by all even if the student has a schedule change or the teachers misplace the hard copy care plan given to them at the beginning of the year.

Create Medical Documents Page Which Can Be Secured
We would like a page in Aeries where nurses can upload documents like Medical Orders which can be kept highly secure. (Treated similarly to the Medical Notes (MNO) where maybe nurses can view and insert, but only the nurse admins can delete. Possibly even ways to limit the uploaded document to only be viewed by the user that uploaded the document and those with administrative access to the page.
The nurses are using outside systems to store medical documents, but it would be great to integrate their work within Aeries. This would allow nurses to share digital vetted information while…

Add exclusion date to Status of Requirements in Immunizations
We are looking to add an exclusion date field to Status of Requirements in the Immunizations section.

Better data entry editting for Medical Date fields
Medical Dates especially screening dates should not be in the future.
Make sure entered dates are current or past.

Provide default sort change from Date to Start Time and Date in Medical Log
There needs to be an ability to permanently set the default sort to STart time/ date on the Medical Log. All medical personnel has to change the sort to STart Time when there are mulitple occurences in a day. This has to be refreshed each time by anyone looking at it.

Physicals - Acanthosis field to be a drop down
Physicals - Making the Acanthosis field on the Physicals page a dropdown. This would help with discrepancies on data entry.

Medications Next and Last Dose Date
On Medications page add Date information for Next Dose and Last Dose under the Medication Name so you do not have to click on the Dose History dropdown to view the Dates

Create a report to print the Daily Medical Log by a date or a date range. Include an option to print by or sort by the user that did the entry (Initials)

Add a tuberculosis (TB) blood test option to Immunization page
Add a tuberculosis (TB) blood test option to the Immunization page set up similarly to the Chest X ray with results as negative or positive.

Add TB to Immunization Status Report
Please add TB to the Print Student Immunization Status Report. It will save our nurses a lot of time, as they have to query that out separately and run this report. Thank you for considering this idea.
