TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Final Grade Calculation for Credit Recovery Courses with the Same Service ID for Multiple Courses
When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not calculate for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks, including credit recovery scenarios. Enhance LOG to include individual student changes
Currently when running the Recompute Cumulative GPAs and Class Rank process, the individual student changes to GPA and Rank are not logged (but the process itself is).
Please add enhancement to include the individual changes in the LOG table.

Report Card History - Improved verbiage in email notification of completion or failure for SBG AND GRD
These emails should contain at least school name/number information for the users to know which school failed or completed.

Completed Checkbox for Grade Reporting Process Dashboard
Please add a "[x] Completed" checkbox to track progress for each group A-F in the Grade Reporting Process Dashboard so schools can mark what's been done and what's left to do. Checkboxes should reset when initializing a new grading cycle.

For Report Cards
It may already be in place and my district just doesn't have it set up correctly. We have to go in and manually put in Quarter 1, Quarter 2 etc. Why can't it automatically put that on the top of the report card for the quarter we are printing? If we forget it will always say quarter 1 progress report.

Mark verification sheets should show earned credit not attempted credit.
This will align with the verification process to have the teachers confirm the grades and credits the students earned.

Add the course section #, and course scheduled status (active/inactive/dropped). Currently, to get this information we have to look at 3 different screens

Portal Options - Allow Finalizing Grade Posting by grade level
At end of year we often finalize grades with graduating students grades being due first. Because we have different deadlines we often aren't able to finalize grades for seniors and are only able to do this in the transcripts. There is no way for us to copy grade history without copying it for all students. There should be a way to do this by grade level to support year end activities.

Enhancements for Add-On Graduation Requirement
We are looking for an enhancement to Add-on Graduation Requirements. Currently, only students in 11th and 12th grade can opt out of this. We would like the functionality to allow any student to opt out of the add-On graduation requirements.
In addition, Add a Mass update so add on grad requirements that have not been selected for students can be updated in mass. Ex: By Grade Level

Allow calculating of GPA mid trimester
Add the ability to calculate a student's cumulative GPA mid-trimester.
During 3rd trimester, our counselors send home letters to 8th-grade students who are not meeting the 2.0 gpa. It is quite a task to hand calculate the GPAs for the number of students we have.7 votes -

TX: Trail Grade Reporting Information Between Sections on Change
Add option to move previously posted marks to new course section on schedule change. For example, a student with a grade of 90 in marking period 1 first period English transfers to the second period section of English. The stored mark for marking period 1 should automatically move on the GRD table for correct semester averaging. Currently, teachers/registrars are required to manually update GRD blanks after schedule changes.

On Portal Options' Grades tab, I selected Require Comments, Work Habits, and Citizenship.

Add the HIS.CO 'Special Course Title' to Issue Credit screens
When using the Issue Credit feature for sections marked with Alt Ed Scheduling - Please add a field to the 'manually add' pop-up screen - that will populate the HIS.CO 'Special Course Title' when posting to transcripts. We need these course specifics visible on the transcript screen. We use this to show how far along in the course the student reached.

Add District Logo to GRD And Secondary Standards Based Report Cards
We have received messages that our report cards do not look official. Can we have the ability to add a District logo to the Grade Reporting and the Secondary Standards Based Grade Reporting report cards?
