  1. Add a field to Grades (GRD) to display completion percentage % of Course Progress

    We would like a field to include the student's course progress to be included on the report card. Teachers would be able to input the percentage the student has completed of the self paced course.

    As an example, there are students who have a current grade of A but have completed 10-20% of the course and other students who may have a D/F but have completed 80+% of the course. Having the progress percentage field would allow the report card to display the student's overall progress to include both the grade and course progress. Thank you.

  2. Add option to Copy Graduation Track Subject Area Code from one Track to Another

    Users are able to create a new Graduation track and add a new Subject Area codes that apply only to that track. It would be nice to have an option to copy the new code to all other tracks.

  3. Report Cards - Customizable Attendance Area

    Allow for customization on the attendance area on report cards. Since we're in the time of Covid, we have a lot of students going on quarentine. Several teachers have asked for there to be an area where they can add the number of days the student was on quarentine.

  4. Different Grading Periods for Quarter/Semester/Year classes

    Need to have a way to setup different Grading Periods for Quarter/Semester/Year classes to assist with grading scenarios where Grading Periods in a school with Fall and Year sections have an average grade for the Fall sections and different average grade for Year

  5. Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard

    Is there a way for the Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard > Graduation Status Summary to also reflect if the student is on track for their grade level rather than all 4-years? For instance, not all 9th graders will necessarily know what elective to choose for 12 grade, which will result in the 9th grader showing as "Not On Track" even though the student is on track for their 9th grade requirements.

  6. Ability to Issue Credits for only sections marked as AltEd Enabled

    With the new option available to mark individual sections in a regular secondary school as AltEd Scheduling Enabled, the ability to enable the Issue Credits button on certain teacher tables should be enhanced. Currently the School Options page allows only a Yes or No setting for Allow Issue Credit on Classes / Course Attendance pages. An option to enable these buttons on ONLY sections marked as AltEd Enabled should be offered for districts who do not want it available on all sections.

  8. Allow running Grade Report Cards report with only Read permission on GRD

    Currently if a user does not have Read and Update on GRD, they can not run the Grade Report Cards report.

    We would like for a user that only has Read permissions to the needed tables (GRD, ...) to be able to run the Grade Report Cards report.

    The Standards Based Report Cards report does NOT require Update permission to SBG.

  9. Add Final Average to Grade Report Mark Verification Listing

    Add a final average to the Grade Report Mark Listing for teachers to be able to verify the student's final grade. This is used at our district for pass/fail indicators and grade promotion. The final average would average the 1st. semester grade and 2nd. semester grade.

  10. Automatically backup grade (GRD) table when initializing grades

    When initializing the grade table, automatically create a backup. The process can be similar to how gradebooks are automatically backed up before deletion.

  11. Grades Report Mark Listing Report for Teachers

    Teachers need access to a report that pulls their students' marks so they don't have to pull up each student individually. Teachers are working to have conversations with students about how they can pass for the year. In Texas you can fail the first semester but still get credit for the year if you first semester and second semester grades average out to a 70 or better.   17. Teacher Portal Grades - Option to Show Students by Section of Alphabetically

    Grade Reporting > Grades: Is there a way to visually differentiate it using section headings?

    From the teacher:
    Since our students were split into AM/PM/DL sections, the "Grades" tool in Aeries no longer lists the students in alphabetical order. They appear to be sorted by section but the page isn't split up in any way (screenshot below). This is challenging for entering grades manually because the student listings no longer line up in ECHO/Aeries and we have to carefully search for each student in order to enter their grade.   18. Honor Roll Report - Do not print excluded students on the report

    Currently, if you have students on a Grad Track that is excluded from the Class Rank calculation, those students still print on the Honor Roll and Class Rank report, listed at the top with blanks in the Class Rank and Class Size columns. These students should be excluded from the report and not print at all.

  20. Teacher Portal Grade Screen: alphabetical student sort

    After some of the updates that were put in place at the beginning of the 2020 school year, the order of student names on the Teacher Portal Grade Screen changed from a straight alphabetical list of the students in that period to a list organized first by section, then alphabetical by student.
