medical history status tag
I would like the MHS.TG status tag to actually do something. We have a lot of expired/inactive records on the Medical History page, but they still appear on the Student Medical History report. There is an option to limit by date, but you have to know the EXACT dates in order for it to do anything. It DOES NOT work as a greater than or less than the dates...
We would like to add a 1 or i MHS.TG code, and have it be available on the report to limit to active records.
We need a way to filter our old/expired/inactive records. Our nurses are getting pages of data, and they can't easily see what is still active. This will make it easier and more accurate when running the report.
