  4. Emergency Cards - Current term only

    Currently Emergency Cards state the complete student schedules. It displays all classes whether Fall or Spring making the cards possibly more than one page. Please include an option for current term only. To me this makes so much more sense then having past terms printed as well possibly leading to confusion.

  8. Update layout/fields of the Absence Verification Worksheet

    In PowerSchool, we had a report called the Absentee Report. It is similar to the Absence Verification Worksheet but with more fields. These additional fields are very useful when using this worksheet as a tool to verify absences. Here are my ideas:

    Remove the Parent/Guardian signature (is this really used considering this is a secretary tool?)
    Add a "Talked to" line
    Add a "Relationship" line
    Add a "Verify Date:" line
    Add an "Employee" line.

  9. Student Data Audit needs to skip matriculating students with STU.HSG populated

    The Student Data Audit report should skip the students with the STU.HSG populated in the highest matriculation grades in an elementary or high school.

    We need to change this option on the Student Data Audit report from: Ignore STU.HSG/DG validation (GR=12 and date > 06-04-2021)
    To: Ignore STU.HSG/DG validation (GR=12 or highest matriculating grade and date > 06-04-2021)

    Print Attendance Notes - When run from under View All Reports, if a student has multiple pages of attendance notes their name only prints on the first page. Enhance to display the student name at top of all of their corresponding pages.

  14. Make Student Photos available for Custom Report building or Query Report/Labels

    We would like the ability to create custom reports with the picture as an available report item. Or, have the ability to add a student photo to a Query Letter/Report. Same functionality would be great for creating labels too (if we could customize the size of labels).

    Example attached of a "Field Trip Report" that we used to run with Picture, medical alert and emerg. contacts. Would like to create something similar.

  15. Please make an option to choose number of weeks on class rosters.

    In the reports section under Class Roster, the only two lengths of time I can choose is 1 day or 1 month. Our grading periods are anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks. Would like the option to choose the length when using the class roster.

  17. Navigate directly to the Teacher's Roster when in Classroom Attendance

    In Attendance Accounting > Classroom Attendance, you select a teacher and then there is a link to go to Class Roster. When this link is clicked, you get routed to the class roster report where you then have to find the teacher again. Incorporate logic where it automatically selects the teacher/class you are on in Classroom attendance when you select that link so that the Class Roster report is automatically generated

  20. Teacher Report for CRS Average Marks from Load Grades from GBK

    Create a Report for the teachers to print the Course Average Marks similar to the "Load Grades from Gradebook" page in the fourth step(4) using the options in the second step.
