When printing a report in XLS format, please give an option to remove the page breaks and additional headers

When printing any report, it appears that all reports are initially formatted for PDF and then converted to XLSX format. This process leads to inefficiencies, as staff often spend significant amounts of time cleaning up the data. If the data were provided in XLSX format that is ready for manipulation, it would save a considerable amount of time. Many reports could be recreated using SQL queries; however, since not all staff possess the necessary knowledge or skills for this, they are left to remove formatting, extra lines, headings, page numbers, and other unnecessary elements from the reports. A good example of this issue can be seen with the Course Conflict Matrix or the Course Request Tally.
