  1. Secondary SBG Report card term is set incorrectly when generating Report Card History

    When using secondary SBG report cards (and I assume GRD also), we populate the marking period header fields for the entire year (allowing space for the marks, even if there are only grades in the first marking period) so the report cards look consistent throughout the school year. With these headers populated, then when generating Report Card History, the "term" field is set to the value of the last marking period of the school year, along with the corresponding description.   3. Clarify which Reporting Period to select when initializing a new grade reporting cycle

    Is there a way to have a separate check box for each grade reporting period based on each school's Term table, instead of combos? That way we can select multiple reporting periods to initialize. For example, if your term table has Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, F, S, and 1st progress marking period you want to include Q1 and F, you could select both options. If the school is on Trimesters then they would only see the Tri options. It is very confusing to users which option to choose when they see quarters/Trimester combos and First/Fall combos.   4. Add a Course ID column in the Grades by Teacher screen

    Add a course ID column to the Grades by Teacher page so that teachers know what course or semester they're entering grades for at a continuation school where students take numerous courses at a time.

  7. Initialize GRD based on CAR

    Allow Negative Attendance Schools to initialize based on CAR not just the Classes page. We have had issues with the GRD looking at the Classes page when kids are placed in classes ahead of when they actually start the class.

  9. Report Cards - Radio button to exclude contact and parent addresses on printed report card on Grade Reporting

    Because we are utilizing ParentSquare to send report cards, it would be nice to have a radio box NONE to exclude the address on the report card, similar to the one visible in Report Card History. The reason for this is so that any contacts who are to receive correspondence can receive report cards without having the address visible.

    In order to get the credits to print on a student Grade Report, you have to first go to Grade Reporting Options and enable "Print Grade Report Class Rank"
    This seems like an extra step that should not be necessary

    Need to have a way to setup different Grading Periods for Quarter/Semester/Year classes to assist with grading scenarios where Grading Periods in a school with Fall and Year sections have an average grade for the Fall sections and different average grade for Year

  17. Add a field to Grades (GRD) to display completion percentage % of Course Progress

    We would like a field to include the student's course progress to be included on the report card. Teachers would be able to input the percentage the student has completed of the self paced course.

    As an example, there are students who have a current grade of A but have completed 10-20% of the course and other students who may have a D/F but have completed 80+% of the course. Having the progress percentage field would allow the report card to display the student's overall progress to include both the grade and course progress. Thank you.

  19. Add option to Copy Graduation Track Subject Area Code from one Track to Another

    Users are able to create a new Graduation track and add a new Subject Area codes that apply only to that track. It would be nice to have an option to copy the new code to all other tracks.

  20. Grade/Mark Legend printed on Report Card should have separate settings from Grade Report Exception List

    Currently, the printout of the Grade/Mark Legend on the Report Card, and the Grade/Mark options that are available on the Grade Exception Report both pull from the GRD.MK field of the COD table. We have many valid marks, and don't wish to have A-F print in the legend, but the consequence of removing those marks from the COD table is that we can no longer search for D's or F's using the Exception Report. It would be very useful to separate these very different functions.
