In the same vein as the idea submitted for emailing grade report notifications, we would like to allow parents to opt-out of receiving paper report cards.

We would like Online Enrollment, Parent Data Confirmation and the Portal to include an 'Opt-out of mailed grade reports' button. Parents should have an easy way to opt-in or out as needed while allowing the district to save postage, forms, toner, and man-hour costs to distribute report cards to parents who don't need or want them.

Then, have the grade reporting process include one function to post report cards to all students' portal accounts and another to 'Generate mailing file' to create a printable file.
