TX: TREx 2026-27 Update TC44 Industry Certification/Licensure Code (IBC) Table
Update the Aeries TREx TC44 Industry Certification/Licensure Code table to match the TEA/TWEDS-aligned code list for the 2026-27 school year, so that student Industry Certification/Licensure values report correctly on the TREx Student Record export.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 7/28/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Activities and Awards > Industry Certifications: The TREx TC44 Industry Certification/Licensure (IBC) code table has been updated to the TEA 2026-2027 standard, inactivating 115 retired codes, adding 225 new codes, and correcting 81 descriptions. The TREx Student Record export now sends the IBC code value rather than the description.
