CALPADS 2026–27: Update Exit Reason Codes for State Reporting
To align with CALPADS 2026–27 requirements, Aeries will update the Exit Reason code options used throughout the system. The update will:
- Add new exit code: T166 – TransAltSchlPrgmDisc; T169 - TransOtherDiscRsns
- Retire exit codes T167 – TransAltSchlPrgm and T168 – AltIndStdySchlDschrg
- Update CALPADS descriptions for codes T160 and T165 where applicable

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 8/25/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:

- Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts > Code Translations:
- Aeries now includes exit reason code T169 (TransOtherDiscRsns) in the Exit Reason lookup shared by the ATT.RS, ENR.ER, STU.SWR, and STU.EOY fields, with a default CALPADS code translation added for T169. The new code is effective the 2026-2027 academic year, in compliance with AY 2026-27 CALPADS requirements.
- Updated Exit Reason code options to comply with AY 2026-27 CALPADS requirements. Added code T166 (TransAltEdPrgmDisc); retired codes T167 (TransAltSchlPrgm) and T168 (AltIndStdySchlDschrg).
