CALPADS 2026–27: Restrict MST.LI and SMS.LI Language Instruction Dropdowns
To support CALPADS 2026–27 reporting requirements, Aeries will restrict the Language Instruction dropdown selections on the Master Schedule (MST.LI) and Scheduling Master Schedule (SMS.LI) pages to only those language codes approved by CALPADS. This change will limit users to valid reporting options and help ensure accurate data entry for course section language instruction reporting.

At this time, no programming is necessary as we are already translating to 3 character codes. When we transfer our internal processes to natively use 3 character codes, this will be included in that change.
