Align the Student Dental Report with the Updated Dental Page Fields and Labels
Recent enhancements to the Student Dental page have caused the Student Dental Report to become misaligned with current fields, labels, and data organization. As a result, some report columns are unclear, incorrectly labeled, or no longer reflect how dental information is entered in Aeries, making it difficult for users to interpret results and verify accuracy. Aligning the Student Dental Report with the updated Dental page will improve clarity, reduce confusion, and ensure reported dental data is consistent, reliable, and easy to validate.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 5/12/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
Student Dental Record Report:
- Updated the Student Dental Record report to align with the new fields and labels from the Dental data entry page. Added the OnSite Opt-out and Parent Notification columns to the report, and refreshed existing field-header labels (Waiver Reason, Screened By, Untreated Decay, Caries Exp., Treatment Urgency, Follow-Up Appt, Follow-Up Status) to match the data entry screen. The changes apply to both the Print button on the Dental page and the View All Reports section. See Dental document.
