TX: Initialize ATT/CAR - Evaluate Start Date when Teacher Only day with Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes
The Initialize ATT/CAR process has the potential to not run as expected when the start date of a reporting period is coded as a Teacher Only day with reportable Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes. The process should evaluate a Teacher Only day with reportable Staff Development Waiver and Waiver Minutes and use the next instructional day to populate ATT and CAR records.
