Option to View and/or Select multiple Student Documents instead of automatically downloading
For privacy reasons, all students docs should be viewable first before they are able to be downloaded, with an option to download multiple files if needed into a zip file. Right now Aeries automatically downloads documents. Entering data into the demographics or immunizations does not require a download, especially if you're doing this for thousands of students. Student and parent personal information should not be stored as files on our computers that we later need to go through and delete. It takes up storage and is tedious.

For example if a parent uploads a 6 page lease, we can select all the docs and downloads them together instead of having to click on by one.

This would make life a little easier this time of year. My office staff still wants the papers in hand.

It would be nice to be able to download multiple files from the Student documents page as some of Aeries users may be using this as a digital cume. Perhaps check boxes to select which documents are to be downloaded.

I would like to have an option to print all or selected uploaded documents from the student document table instead of having to open and print each PDF one by one.
