Attendance Audit Listing - remove TK Non-ADA error codes
In CA, beginning in 2025/26, students who have their 4th birthday by September 1 are eligible to be TK grade level and can generate ADA. Remove the TK NonADA option and error codes AA, AB and AC from the Attendance Audit Listing form, since this no longer applies.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed, and it was released to customers on 9/10/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Reports > Attendance > Attendance Audit Listing: As of 2025/26 school year, students who turn 4 by September 1 should be given TK grade level and are eligible to receive ADA. To comply with these CDE changes, the Attendance Audit Listing was updated to remove the "Attendance Program for Transitional Kindergarten as non-ADA" option along with the error codes AA, AB, and AC. Now students that are 4 years old as of September 1st will no longer display with an ADA error code.

How do I remove the information above? Shouldn't that be changed in CALPADS?

Hi Marie,
Will this patch also remove the following error from Demographics for eligible TK students?
"TK student under 5 years old after September1st flagged for ADA with code [blank]"
I'm assuming so, but we have a few elementary schools that it shows up for, and I want to make sure it's not a configuration error on my end. Please see attached.
