Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 09/30/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:

School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract:
A Create High School Graduates File button has been added to the CCGI Extract > Schools tab. When selected it will create a High School Graduates file based on the database that you are logged into and on the schools that were selected.
Adjusted the Course Catalog File processing to include the new columns and to improve the processing time.
Adjusted the Test Grades file to honor new Opt-Out option.
Adjusted code to prevent exceeding the allowed number of parameters in a query.
Adjusted the Test Grades Template logic to prevent errors in case of generating large files.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that several items have been released and we are currently working on a couple more.

These items have been released in the 8/26/205 build:

School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract:

The Basic info tab was updated to show Parental Opt-Out instead of Parental Consent. Due to this change, the Course Grades and Test Grades extracts were updated to honor this new option. NOTE : LEA’s will need to review and update their current procedures to tag students who are opting out of sending their transcript and test records to CCGI, rather than tagging those who are opting in, prior to sending this information to CCGI. See. CCGI – Basic Info ( https://support.aeries.com/support/solutions/articles/14000109093-ccgi-basic-info ) for more information regarding the Parental Opt-Out option.
The Student Data Element Template file has been updated according to the CCGI specifications from March 15, 2024.
The Course Grades Template extract was updated to improve processing speed and to include the new columns required by the CCGI Course Grade Data Element Template.
Note: Additional updates will be released for the Test Grades extract and the Course Catalog extract once testing is complete. In the meantime, the currently generated extract files may be uploaded to CCGI.
