CCGI Extract - Should Not Include Del-Tagged STU in the CCGI CourseGradeTemplate
When the below conditions are met, the CourseGradeTemplate file could include duplicate transcript records for the student:
-- STU.GR >=6
-- Both records have Parental Consent
-- Two STU records in different schools with the same perm id
-- One record is del-tagged, the other is not
-- The two STU records have different values in STU.CID (one CID can be a blank)

Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 5/7/2024. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- School Info > Imports and Exports > CCGI Extract - The CourseGradeTemplate file included records that were tagged for deletion which caused transcript information to be duplicated in the file. The CourseGradeTemplate file now excludes any records tagged for deletion. See Overview for CCGI.
