Elementary Transcripts in Flex Schools
Elementary Transcript - Add support for Flex Schools using Primary Class Tracking.
Currently the Teacher name prints as "Unassigned" and the Promoted label is not printing in Flex/Daily schools.

- View All Reports > Elementary Transcript: Report options have been adjusted to allow Flex Schools using Primary Class Tracking to successfully utilize the Elementary Transcript. See Standards Based History > Print Elementary Transcript
