SENR ODS reconciliation process
Adjust SENR ODS reconciliation process to account for all dates found in the current year instead of only dates starting with 07/01.

The instructions state to pull the extract for 2 years, why isn't is it looking at all dates? This is causing us to hand remove many enrollments that don't belong in CALPADS due to no show or students who have moved over the summer.
