AP Student Data file for Schools and Districts 2022 Layout Format
The AP Student Data file for Schools and Districts 2022 Layout Format has recently been posted to the College Board public site. It appears that the changes made to the file layout will have no impact on the Import Test Results process at this time. The existing AP Test Results - SY:2016/17 - 2020/21 file layout can be used to import the current data and the new data after July 2022. When you receive your AP student results files (downloads on or after 7/27/2022), if you wish to assist us in confirming this, please contact us at support@aeries.com and we will provide information on where to send your database and the AP data file.
