Online Enrollment - Make Parent Ed Level a mandatory field
Make the Parent Ed Level a mandatory field for parents to add/update to Online Enrollment.
It turns out that the ability to require the parent education level is already a feature. This can be required for Online Enrollment by turning on the "Ask Parent Education Level" setting in the admin settings. Once turned on, parents cannot proceed without populating the field. The Parent Ed Level should now be a required field since it is now required in Calpads.

The problem with turning on the making the CON.ELV mandatory, is there are many contacts and it isn't necessary for our parents to put 'Auntie Sue's' Ed level in just because she is on the emergency call list. HOWEVER, what would be great - and I've just put in an 'idea' - is for the requirement feature to be tied to the District Settings where we state which CON.CD (record types) we are going to upload to Calpads. 3 choices: Make CON.ELV always mandatory (I would never choose this) b) Not Mandatory or c) Mandatory ONLY If the CON.CD = one of the fields selected in District Settings -- This would be our choice considering the Calpads rules.
The Parent Data Confirmation (PDC) already supports requiring parent ed level from Contacts when given proper permissions, by enabling the District Setting options. See idea below.

Need to also make the first name and last name as required fields. Just make the parent portal honor the required fields as in the admin portal.
