Average Transcript Mark option for Dual Credit Courses
Add a new option to exclude from Transcript Averaging Dual Credit courses with CRS.CSQ = D1–D9 should not be averaged together. This will preserve college-issued grades and credits while allowing districts that average Dual Credit courses to leave the option disabled. Other original request is already captured in
