Add Print Option to Emergency Card to Include Insurance Info
It would be helpful to include Insurance information as a Print option to the Emergency Card.
Information such as Insurance Co, policy information, physician name & phone #, and hospital preference...may be all beneficial in the case of an emergency.

This will assist us to ensure that information is available on the emergency cards, which are needed for offsite field trips and other times where a computer may not be available.

With multiple hospitals in our area there needs to be an option for parents to select or write in their hospital of choice. Some families have insurance that requires they use a certain hospital, such as Kaiser.
