Set OneRoster options by vendor
Ability to set OneRoster API/CSV options by individual vendor, specifically the "Use CAR for Enrollment Records in secondary schools" option.

This would be hugely beneficial to be able to configure OneRoster options (schools sent, etc) by vendor, instead of a one-size-fits-all approch as it is now. We're sending data we don't need to some vendors simply because we don't have a choice to do it otherwiese

I also need to be able to send different schools to specific vendors. Currenetly the only options are to send all schools to all vendors via SFTP or to download the zip file to my own SFTP server and use scripts to parse csv files.

We need to be able to send different schools and data to specific vendors. Please set it up so we can define setting by vendor and school.

It would be great to be able to also disable or enable the OneRoster vendors in the page without having to delete the config.

We don't want to send the same data to all vendors via OneRoster. It would be a good idea to customize the data by vendor and by schools.
