UC/ELC and CCGI - Add AUT as a Parent Consent Option
Create UC/ELC Extract and CCGI Extract need an option to use AUT instead of STU/SUP on the parental consent question.

Feedback for CCGI use of AUT- If it designated granted/denied, we only can query one field when identifying consent, not CD and Status. We would need to be able to say CD = CGI and Status = 1.
Also, CCGI is an opt-out structure so we only have an AUT record when it is "denied." No AUT exists if granted. Anyway to accommodate this, or would we need to enter Granted?
