Separate the Parent and Student Group in the Configure Password Requirements
Would like to ability to reset portal passwords for Parent and Student groups individually.

To piggyback off this, I'd like the ability to reset a parent account individually (for instance if only one parent contacts me to reset their password. Right now I have to do it in SQL).
