An error occurred while saving the comment Carole Williams commentedAdding a screenshot of how categories currently work for FOF codes. The screenshots illustrate how we'd like categories to work for other codesets when categories are added (including Interventions).

An error occurred while saving the comment Carole Williams commentedMy preference: the failed course remains, color-coded in gray. Additionally, if the mark and credit printed on each course from HIS. So for example, a failed course would say Mark F Credit 0.00. A course that they passed would say Mark B Credit 5.00.

An error occurred while saving the comment Carole Williams commentedDuring Fall 2022 conference, a customer asked for checkboxes or some other way to reduce the view of the Classes Edit Mode grid to particular periods. Their school has Flex Periods that only apply to a small number of students, so it would be nice not to always have to see those Flex Periods, when the student will not be scheduled into sections in them.
During the process of scheduling for next year, Course Requests are often imported from the Academic Plan. After that, if changes are made, they are made on Course Requests. Until Course Requests are copied to Classes, the AP has the potential to be stale. A "Refresh Academic Plan" button for individual students on Course Requests, and a "Refresh Academic Plan for All Students from Course Requests" button somewhere would be helpful.
