    5/12/25 Update:

    We have been meeting with the Third-Party Administrator for CYBHI, Carelon Behavioral Health, in order to make sure that the next round of updates all conform to their established imports and processes. We are starting development on additional features for this project, which will be released as soon as they pass testing. 

    1. Adding the ability to prompt and/or require parents to confirm their insurance information as part of Parent Data Confirmation. 
    2. Adding additional fields to hold Subscriber information to the Insurance table.
    3. The fields to be added will be informed by the Insurance file requirements controlled by Carelon. 
    4. Insitituting a drop-down menu with pre-poulated medical insurance carriers for easier data population and management.
    5. The list for Insurance type M (Medical will be pre-populated from the list provided by Carelon. 
    6. There will be an option for "Other" that will allow a different insurance carrier to be entered into a…

    Following up on this great idea. Has there been any progress made towards it? A-G preparedness is a key metric we are tracking, but it is hard to identify through student Academic Plans since D grades are still showing as completed.

    We have so many duplicate records in our FRE table because families are completing the income survey more than once. We also can't control the entry date, which really should be the students' enrollment dates, not the date the parents completed the income survey. The housing survey is a good example of the desired functionality.
