School of Choice
On the School of Choice form in Parent Portal it would be very helpful to have User fields added so that each District can add specific information needed from Parents to determine their priority of approval.

Allows parents to login to the Parent Portal with Google
We assign each of our parents a school email. It would be wonderful if we could give parents the opportunity to login with google like the students do. This would ensure that all of our parents can login to their portal and allow us to continue our efforts in having a universal sign in method.

PARENTS/STUDENTS VIEWING FINES AND FEES
Parents and teachers cannot view totals of fees and fine. We use this for discipline and they need to be able to see there balance. The only way it will currently work is if we give permission to insert and that definitely won't be done.

Option to remove the "add student" option to Student Portal Accounts
Currently, students can "Add New Student" to their Student Portal Accounts. There is no reason for this option when we're mass creating accounts and it doesn't make sense why they would ever allow students to add students to their own portal accounts.

Prevent Parent and student account creation
There is an option on the [School Options] page which allows you to disable outside users from creating parent AND student accounts. I would like these separated out. I want to disable all users from creating student accounts since these are managed centrally, but I still want to enable anyone to create a parent account (either through VPC or contact record Portal?=Y)

Student Portal: Allow Students to Enter Colleges
We would like students to be able to enter the colleges they would like transcripts sent to in the student portal. Then the registrar would like to have the ability to run a report that would then generate all of those transcripts.

Add the ability for the Student ID Card to display on the home page or the student demographic page in the mobile app and also within the parent/student portal.

Electronic signature for Parent Data Confirmation
We would like to request an option for an e-signature during the Parent Data Confirmation, for the Emergency Card and Documents. Currently they require a "wet signature" on those forms, but due to the COVID-19 virus, they are hoping to have an option for an e-signature.

Manage Parent/Student Accounts - add option to hide inactive students and schools
On the Manage Parent/Student Accounts page, add an option to hide Inactive students and Hide Inactive schools. It would be nice to only filter the list to just active students at active schools to find their account if needed.

Data Confirmation - Restricting Individual Portal Accounts
It would be nice to have the option to restrict an individual parent portal account from all things parent portal related - including Data Confirmation.
Currently, restricting the contact still gives them access to Data Confirmation. The reason a contact would get restricted is because they can't play nice with the other parent & constantly try to delete the other parents information.
Using the Secondary Student Data restriction punishes both parents. I can see where that might be needed based on the type of code for the restriction - like overdue lunch bills, etc. But the parent that's cooperating gets…

Portal option to NOT allow user to create a portal account if email address is NOT in Contacts
We've had problems with kids creating "parent" accounts, linking friends, etc. The option to not allow account creation using emails that are not entered in any of their Aeries contacts.

Hide Current Info from Students and Parents during Grading Window- Extended!
Hi!
I think the feature in Portal Options- "Hide Current Info from Students and Parents during Grading Window" should have the option to be extended and not only be during the window but also have a manual date option. The rationale is so that we can close the teachers grading window and then finalize the reporting process. We always have changes that are submitted after the window closes, before we upload the report cards into RCH and the way it is now, parents/students can view the grades before we finalize.
