Scheduling Course Request Tally report should display 14 grade levels
The Scheduling Course Request Tally report displays a maximum of nine grade levels, but a TK to 12 school has Fourteen grade levels, only grades 4 to 12 print on the report. Grades TK to 3 are left off the report

Select Periods for MST Board Report
Allow the ability to select which period to display on the MST Board report. Currently, this is based on a start time - but allowing districts to select which periods to print can display the primary MST schedule and allow the second page to be the unique flex periods.

Course Request Form Functionality Should Match Classes Form
Although a previous AeriesIdea request (Course Request page more like New Classes page from 2020) has now been listed as completed; the functionality of the CLASSES form has not been programmed for the Course Request Form (on Classes form, selecting the EDIT button on the banner above the course requests results in a "tile" view of all sections of all course requests, which allows a counselor to make changes while seeing available classes, class counts, etc.). Year-Round Scheduling Exclusions
Make scheduling exclusions available year-round, not just when the scheduling tables are active. It would be very helpful to be able to put in the exclusion during the year whenever issues arise so that we don't have to remember all of them/keep track of them somewhere else once we start scheduling.

Color Code Class Schedule by Period
We would like to request an option to color code class periods on the student classes page. This ability would assist staff when calling classrooms to make sure they were calling the first period teacher's room instead of the 0 period teacher, as an example.

Alt Ed Scheduling - Inactive Courses
For a school with Alt Ed Scheduling turned on, editing courses in Course Attendance (CAR) record allows the user to update the course number to an inactive course but the same cannot be done in Classes (SEC). Either adding inactive courses should work in BOTH CAR and SEC or not at all in BOTH.

4x4 Color Code Class Schedule
Currently coded open blue circle for an available class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This improvement would be the most valuable.
Also red x with red circle for a full class, but does not differentiate between Fall or Spring Term. This would help using wait lists.2 votes -
Add a Grade Filter on the SMS Board Display
This would allow the schedule builder to view how many sections can accommodate the various grade levels and would be tool for the builder to use.

Add a Flex Scheduling Anomaly Report
Add a report that looks for scheduling build anomalies. For example, any section that is missing a Flex Period, Class Calendar or has Scheduling Exclusion

MST Board - double-click on a section in the MST Board to open the section.

MST Board - automatically change view to current term when opening this page
Currently when I open MST Board it defaults to 1st Trimester. It would be nice if MST Board opened to the current term by default (which right now is 2nd Trimester)

Add Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours in Scheduling
The Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours fields have to be manually entered. For each student and each course. For a district that has over 500 students taking college courses, some of them more than one college course, putting the data in manually for each course is not feasible. If those fields were in the SEC or CRS tables it would alleviate many hours (days, even) of manual entry.

Enhance capabilities for Teacher #2 and Teacher #3
We would like the functionality for MST.TN2 and MST.TN3 to be enhanced. Currently, if you add a teacher to MST.TN2, this teacher will have access to mostly everything (ATT and GBK) but certain things are not accessible to that teacher (specifically SBG). If you add a teacher to MST.TN3 barely any capability is added to that teacher. We would like the role field (MST.SR2 and MST.SR3) to be incorporated and if the MST.TN2/MST.TN3 are populated with a teacher and the role is assigned as "teacher" then that teacher should have the same capabilities as the primary teacher.

Master Schedule - Add Teacher Filter
Add filter to MST/SMS to search for sections by teacher. Current workflow when troubleshooting is: Go to Teachers. Search. Click a section. Click the Teacher Name to go back to Teachers. Click the next section, etc.

Master Schedule Page - Section Staff Members - Staff Role allow for code table values
Currently the Staff Role dropdown field is hardcoded. Allow for custom code table values to work here so that values can be added for specialists, coaches, and other types of add on staff to the section.
