  1. Allow For Automated Report Email Subject Line To Be Edited

    Automated report emails to parents such as Gradebook Reports (Missing Assignments), will contain the student name and course in the subject line of the email. In an effort to protect personally identifiable information from being visible, the ability to edit the subject line or have an option to hide student details would be necessary.

  3. Report to track total number of period tardies by teacher

    I'm looking to see if a report can be created to give the total number of tardies, or any attendance code, broken down by teacher and by period. The current report shows students who have tardies for the day, but not for the specific class.

  5. Allow Summer Withdrawal Form Report for Matriculating Students

    We have a school that would like to print out the Student Withdrawal Form report for all seniors. Currently, the report will fail with no data to print if the students do not have an exit code in STU.LD, but we would like an option to print this report for active students in a specific grade level.

  7. Add the ability to run & PRINT immunization reports by grade level

    the Department of state health services is requesting all immunization records for each student in Kindergarten (and some times 7th graders). It would be amazing to be able to run a report by grade level AND PRINT by grade level. Currently 04/2025 we can only sort by grade level and run the report for the whole campus. This is thousands of pages to sort through.

    GPA Summary report by Term and Add-On GPA logic needs to look at the TDF Term codes for the State Term codes instead of the Header descriptions. If the full word "Summer" is not at the beginning of the TDF Term Heading description.

  10. Custom Reports Printing-Allow page break on each stu.id

    When we create a custom report there is not a way for us to page break on each student to print a report per student. Please allow a button to page break, similar to how a Query Report can work to page break on STU.NM although, it would be better to break per STU.ID instead of STU.NM in the event students have the same name. :)

    Birthday Listing Report - Add an option to specify year to run report. Currently if a month is past Ex: January 2025 and the report is run with the January month option after January 2025 it prints the future year (2026) month information.

  12. Golden State Seal Merit (GSSM) Report enhanced to work with Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking

    The Golden State Seal Merit (GSSM) report is not rendering By Counselor correctly when this option is selected for Flex Schools using Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking (STU.CNS). The report currently only extracts from the Counselor field (STU.CU). To improve functionality and accuracy, we propose an enhancement to the report so that the Counselor name is pulled from the STU.CNS field in this case.

    In the meantime, the following workaround can be implemented:
    Add the Counselors to the TCH table.
    Assign the Counselor's teacher numbers (TCH.TN) to the STU.CU field.

  15. Adjust the Student Counts Reports for new SocioEcon Disadvantaged Status based on Contacts page Parent Ed Level (CON.ELV)

    Adjust the Student Counts (Census Day) Reports to align with the new CALPADS guidelines for calculating Socioeconomically Disadvantaged Status. This calculation should now be based on the Parent Education Level (CON.ELV) from the Contacts page, instead of using the Parent Education Level (STU.PED) from the Student Demographics.

  17. Letter in Aeries for Intra/Inters

    I would like to create a letter in Aeries for our Inter/Intra parents. I would like it to be custom to populate the following, pulling these numbers from Aereis according to the student under an intra/inter district transfer.

    number of absences
    number of tardies
    % of attendance
    number of discipline incidents

    It would be similar to the absence / attendance letters that we mail weekly.

    Would we be able to set this up?

  19. Have Attendance Class Roster Reflect Custom Bell Schedule

    The current attendance class roster reflects only the default bell schedule times even for a custom bell schedule attendance date. This is becoming a point of confusion for substitute teachers when they are taking period attendance on paper rosters. Please update the attendance class roster to reflect custom bell schedule times for the days that the custom bell schedule is assigned.

  20. Enrollment Audit Listing Report to honor STU.SP

    Enrollment Audit Listing Report should honor STU.SP. We are a large district with Hundreds of concurrent enrollment and my Enrollment Audit Listing Report is not a true reflection of overlapping enrollment. It would also be useful to have a School Group option similar to the Student Data Audit.
