  1. Ability to Issue Credits for only sections marked as AltEd Enabled

    With the new option available to mark individual sections in a regular secondary school as AltEd Scheduling Enabled, the ability to enable the Issue Credits button on certain teacher tables should be enhanced. Currently the School Options page allows only a Yes or No setting for Allow Issue Credit on Classes / Course Attendance pages. An option to enable these buttons on ONLY sections marked as AltEd Enabled should be offered for districts who do not want it available on all sections.

  3. Grade Reporting Codes and Descriptions should limit the Description characters.

    Grade Report Cards - When entering Grade Reporting Codes and Descriptions, Academic Marks, the description allows you to enter many more characters than will print on report card legend.
    The form should limit to the number of characters than will fit/ print on the GRD report cards.

  4. Mark verification sheets should show earned credit not attempted credit.

    This will align with the verification process to have the teachers confirm the grades and credits the students earned.

  5. Portal Options - Allow Finalizing Grade Posting by grade level

    At end of year we often finalize grades with graduating students grades being due first. Because we have different deadlines we often aren't able to finalize grades for seniors and are only able to do this in the transcripts. There is no way for us to copy grade history without copying it for all students. There should be a way to do this by grade level to support year end activities.

    Report Cards - Currently Citizenship mark legend prints in alphabetical/numeric order. We would like to have the report card honor the Update Code Table Sort option for the GRD.CI field in which order this legend prints out on the report card, and not just in alphabetical order.

    After grade changes- student report cards must be updated. It would be nice to be able to update only the changes instead of the entire student body.

  10. Add option to Copy Graduation Track Subject Area Code from one Track to Another

    Users are able to create a new Graduation track and add a new Subject Area codes that apply only to that track. It would be nice to have an option to copy the new code to all other tracks.

  11. UC/CSU Graduation Status Summary By Subject Area

    Under the Graduation/College Readiness Dashboard can you add UC/CSU tabs that will show Graduation Status Summary by Subject Area of students on/off track by letter grade not credits completed. Since UC/CSU requirements are based on a letter grade the student receives for each course and subject.

  12. Copy grades to history should overwrite instead of creating a duplicate

    At the middle school, after grades are completed, our office staff would click on copy grades to history to update transcript.
    Oftentimes, they would click on the button again and the transcripts end up with duplicate grades with the header that says "work in progress."
    When this happens, we would reach out to support for a SQL query that we can run to clear the history.
    Is it possible for this function to be disabled after it's run the first time? Or if it's run the second time, could it overwrite instead of create a duplicate one?

    Grade Reporting Codes & Descriptions allows users to add two characters in
    GRD CI and GRD WH but the fields will not accept two characters

  16. 2-Mark Standards Based Grade Report Card

    Allow for a 2-mark Standards Based Grade (SBG) report card. Currently the report card formats are fixed to either 3 or 4 marks. This does not accommodate elementary schools who are semester based, or issue grades only two times per year.

  17. TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Final Grade Calculation for Credit Recovery Courses with the Same Service ID for Multiple Courses

    When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not calculate for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks, including credit recovery scenarios.   18. Enhance LOG to include individual student changes

    Currently when running the Recompute Cumulative GPAs and Class Rank process, the individual student changes to GPA and Rank are not logged (but the process itself is).

    Please add enhancement to include the individual changes in the LOG table.

  19. Enhancements for Add-On Graduation Requirement

    We are looking for an enhancement to Add-on Graduation Requirements. Currently, only students in 11th and 12th grade can opt out of this. We would like the functionality to allow any student to opt out of the add-On graduation requirements.

    In addition, Add a Mass update so add on grad requirements that have not been selected for students can be updated in mass. Ex: By Grade Level
