Independent Study Complete
Add option for Independent Study Agreement "Complete" . The current options does not allow the attendance clerk to mark what student they have completed and updated in aeries in attendance/signatures, etc. Any students with a contract stay in a "activated" or "pending" status.
Also would like the ability to delete an agreement if added to an incorrect student in error

Temporary Accounts for short term (day-to-day) substitutes.
Temporary Aeries accounts are used for short term substitutes at a few of the sites within our District. It would be helpful to allow the name of the substitute to be entered and visible on the Temporary Aeries Account Information sheet that is generated when the account is created and also the Attendance log report by Attendance Day for tracking purposes. Would it be possible to add a notes section that could be visible on these reports?

Removing SSA tag from Attendance by Photo
Currently, a student's SSA status tag is displayed on the Attendance by Photo page. Teachers project seating charts in the classroom to indicate where students should sit, but having the SSA tag on the student's photo reveals confidential information and leads students to question its meaning. The SSA status tag is already accessible in Student Search and the Class Attendance page which is only viewable by the teachers and staff.
Can the SSA label be removed from the Attendance by Photo page? This would allow teachers to continue using this feature in Aeries without disclosing a student's SSA status.

Add option to remove student id numbers from class rosters
When printing the class roster for a substitute there is currently no option to remove the student id from the table. In the event a school uses the student's id number as their Aeries password, this would pose a security risk if another student was able to get their hands on this sheet.

Attendance by Photo Creation Prior to New Term
Be able to create Attendance by Photo for each period before the term starts. This would help teachers to organize their seating charts for the first day of school, or a new term.

Update Look of Flex Attendance Calendar
Our alternative high school uses flex scheduling AND positive attendance. Tuesdays and Thursdays are focused strictly on credit recovery, while core classes are taught on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Our attendance calendar is SUPER confusing to read due to the table headers. The greyed out boxes do not help that much. It would be nice if the attendance calendar looked exactly like a regular attendance calendar OR had all MWF classes on the left and TTH on the right. We pull a lot of attendance reports, especially since many of our students have to report to SARB (Student Attendance Review…

Attendance Infograph for Parents
Create an attendance notification that can be sent to parents via text/email. The notification should contain the number of days the student has missed and a chart of absence thresholds. It should also contain the school phone number.

Adding LNC lunch table options by site
The LNC table cannot be limited to certain codes for certain schools at this time. You can add the new codes to the Code Table, but they will show for all schools. We would like to have the flexibility to add options by school site.

Attendance Letter - Option to Lock Options for School Users
Create an option to lock the School Options area of the Attendance Letters. This will keep the school options consistent across all schools as the district would set and maintain the options section.

Move single person roster to the top
Please consider moving the smaller roster to the top. For example my class of 33 students is listed first and I have to scroll all the way down to see my attendance roster for my T.A., and sometimes I miss it and forget to click the "All Remaining Students" are present button much to the frustration of our attendance clerks.

Flex - "Print student with N or more absences" report options. Add grid back.
Our staff at our schools sites found it more helpful to view the grid of the absences when their admin asked for the information for attendance meetings. Can we add back another report for the N or more absences with the grid view only?

Students with Duplicate Enrollments needs to look for Inactive students in current year
This report needs to look for duplicate enrollments within the current academic year to ensure that a student has not garnered ADA for overlapping days. It should also print the Special Program field (perhaps only in CA) so they can tell which enrollments are secondary and which are primary enrollments.

Enhance process when dropping ATT records - Flex
When ATT records are deleted from ATT due to a student schedule change, add ATT records to the new section as in the Traditional setting.
Workaround: Select "No" when dropping ATT so Attendance Audit Listing can be used to evaluate records.2 votes -
Attendance Log for non-Primary Teachers
Long term subs added as teachers in Flex sections (but are not primary teachers) should also be able to print the Attendance Log reports during their long term sub assignment.

Period Attendance for All Students Report - FLEX - Add Option to Print Summarized Version
Flex Schools now have the option to print the Attendance Summary in a summarized version which can save 3-4 pages of paper per students. Please create an option to print the Period Attendance for All Students report with the summarized formatting to reduce the printed pages for the end of the year batch printing of attendance records for student cumulative files.

Mass Add attendance notes WITHOUT daily attendance code
Can you please create the option to mass add attendance notes WITHOUT having to include an attendance code? We only take attendance during 2nd period, so if a student is tardy to school, we just make an attendance note for the day. The option to only add an attendance note and not change the student's daily attendance code would be a huge time saver. I know there is a Tardy option, but we have been asked not to use that code at my school.

Ensure Attendance Matches Suspension
Compare attendance codes to Discipline dispositions, to insure discipline attendance code are only used when student is suspended. This will keep attenance clean and discipline for STAS and SIRS to match

Student Tardy Slip
It would be nice if there were a button for tardy slips much like the Readmit Slip. It could print the student name, date and time and print 2 copies; one for the office and one for the student.

Monthly Attendance Summary Analysis report should recognize AP1 and AP2
As this report is used for P1 and P2 reporting, it should recognize AP1 and AP2 for districts (like COEs) who require ADA to be broken out by districts
