Filtering the Students with Double Periods Report
As with any scheduling report, it's super helpful to be able to use a KEEP/SKIP statement to filter down. If honoring a KEEP/SKIP isn't possible, perhaps add a period filter to the report would help limit results.

Students With Unverified Absences Report
Can you please please please add the correspondence language to this report? Even if it's just a column with the 00 or 01 (English or Spanish) as I know there's a lot already on it. However, I would LOVE it if I can just use that report when I call for absences so I know what language to use depending on who I'm calling instead of having to stop and look on the computer before every single call.

Student Transcripts Report to have a dropdown option to sort by Period
For the report Student Transcripts would like it to have a dropdown where we can select period. It helps to have the sort by Period available

Student Attendance Report Returns in an .aspx file
We have attendance clerks using the “student attendance” report. They would like to run a keep with a list of student IDs and receive a printable pdf report of the “student attendance” report. As it is now, keep or no keep, that report responds with a single student’s data in a web page in the browser. There is no feature or function to have that report created for anyone student or students within a printable pdf, just an .aspx web file is return in the browser.

When Running the CALPADS in Aeries Basics - Student Data Audit Report we are given a list of errors. When I serch these errors Some I ma not able to find the information as what is wrong or how to correct. It would be very helpful if on the supporting informaiton there was a link to assist with these errors.

Monthly Attendance Summary Totals Report Rounds Down
In certain instances, when running any of the Monthly Attendance Summary Totals reports for only one month instead of multiple months, the report can potentially round down the cumulative total by 1 cent.

Create a Gradebook Summary Exception Listing Report
In the Admin Portal, it would be extremely helpful if we had a Report similar to the Grade Report Exception Listing, but for the Gradebook Summary current mark. At the secondary level, our Counselors would like to easily run a list of students who are currently failing their classes and compare it to the grade they had on their last report card. So it would be very helpful if in the Gradebook Summary Report we could select the Grade Marks to narrow down the report to just the most current "F" grades.

Add Lunch Count option to Class Roster
It would be great if school sites could print the class roster for substitute teachers with lunch count option selected and the report has a small box to enter the number of lunches for that day.
Mostly a day substitute does not have access to Aeries. This would be helpful for our Cafeteria staff.2 votes
