Multiple Courses, Same College - College Articulations Tab
I was told to post an idea when the Aeries support team was not able to support this error. "After a lengthy discussion with my supervisor, right now the only thing you can do is to add a NEW Idea to request the page allow for multiple college courses to be entered under the same College ID and the same year. It would be better to come from you, that way it is vetted and actually reviewed. We both agree it's a good idea.
We recommend you utilize your user voice and create an Aeries Idea. This is our Programming Request platform. Please make your request as specific as you can and include the reason why this is important for your district, so programming understands the request from the user end."
Our issue: My school has one ROP course that students take for a year. During that year they also complete college course work in four different courses at our local community college. Aeries' College Articulations tab is only able to accommodate one record at the same college, even if the College Course IDs are unique. This means we cannot give students credit for their college level work on their transcripts. We can't split the course because the articulation agreement stipulates that students only earn credit for the college courses at the conclusion of the year-long course (not by semester or term).
