Support New 2024–2025 AP Course Pathways in CCI Student Summary
For the 2024–2025 California School Dashboard, CDE introduced new AP pathways for the College/Career Indicator (CCI), including AP course‑based and combined course/exam options. The CCI Student Summary currently evaluates AP readiness using AP exam results only. This request is to support the updated AP pathways so student CCI status is accurately reflected.

Per the CDE's 2025 CCI Measures of College readiness flyer (https://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/ac/cm/documents/ccicollege25.pdf) a student can be considered if they meet ANY one of the following 3 criteria.
Advanced Placement (AP)
1. Complete two AP courses with a grade of C− or better;
2. Receive a score of 3 or higher on two AP exams; or
3. Complete one AP course with a grade of C− or better and receive a score of 3 or higher on an AP exam. The qualifying AP course and qualifying AP exam topics cannot match.Currently, the Aeries CCI status summary only assess criteria 2.
