I would like to suggest a new feature that helps schools track work-based learning opportunities more efficiently. Teachers should be able to, access their entire class roster directly in Aeries, select all students at once or choose individual students using a simple checkmark system and assign a work-based learning experience (preloaded by the district admin) to the selected students. With this streamlined process, a teacher could upload records for their entire class, or individual students, in just a few clicks instead of entering them one by one.

Saves significant time for teachers when documenting student participation. Ensures consistent tracking of work-based learning across the district. Gives administrators a clearer, more comprehensive picture of student engagement through queries or reports. Reduces errors from manual data entry.

This feature would greatly improve both the efficiency and accuracy of work-based learning reporting in Aeries.
