Check for Existing Records through Import Data to Aeries - Supplemental Attendance
On the Import Data to Aeries page, it would be great if it checked for preexisting identical rows of data within the table and prevented duplicate uploads for information into the Supplemental Attendance Data (ATD). This would allow a continuously running attendance roster without having to separate out student data that has already been uploaded, allowing us to keep a Master sheet instead of having to start over or manipulate data for each new upload cycle. Using a third-party vendor for ELOP, this would be important for us to have attendance shared with us and uploaded en masse and not have to try to ferret out who has already been posted to Aeries, allowing for more efficient time-use.
