Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 7/17/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- The StudentEducationOrganizationAssociation entity had the potential to omit non-enrolled students participating in UIL activities in the current school year when student enrollment (ENR) data is not present. The entity now includes records for non-enrolled students participating in UIL activities during the current school year.
