Enhance SBG Report Card Selection – Replace “ALL” Option with Grade‑Level Checkboxes
Enhance the Standards Based Report Card printing options by removing the ALL button and replacing it with selectable grade‑level checkboxes. This would allow users to choose exactly which grade levels to print based on the layouts configured in Standards Based Options, instead of relying on the system to determine layout consistency.
Using checkboxes would:
Allow users to easily select all grade levels that share the same Standards Based layout.
Prevent printing report cards for grade levels outside the school’s configured grade span.
Avoid printing report cards for grades that contain no student data.
Eliminate the risk of applying incorrect layouts from out‑of‑range grade levels (such as EE or TK).
This improvement makes the printing process more intuitive, accurate, and aligned with expected user behavior.
