Online Enrollment Student Import List - add comments
"On the AIR Student Import List - it would be so helpful if we could add comments for the enrollment record before setting them as Incomplete. We could type what is missing and what needs to be updated and then, Set as Incomplete (with comments) should generate an email to the Registration User to include the comments and instructions on updating what is missing and then to re-submit. If a user logs into their AIR portal they should see the Incomplete Enrollment as well as the comments of what is missing.
This would be incredibly helpful and save so much time. The most time consuming piece of enrollment season as Registrars is emailing parents back and forth about missing/expired documents.
We also should not allow the user to add documents that were saved in their portal account. We have so many enrollments of siblings and parents submitting documents that are saved in AIR from their older student's enrollments years prior. Documents should automatically expire after 6 months as they are out of date. "
